Wardcraft Homes Redstone Two Story Description
With three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this two story Redstone design includes 2,112 square feet of floor space. Walk up the porch and in the front door, which opens into an entryway with a half-bath and closet attached. The laundry room and utility closet is also accessible from the entry and features its own doorway to the porch, so muddy boots need not track through the house. The main floor is comprised mostly of open space, with the living room and dining area left unseparated, and the kitchen only distinguished from the main living space by a wrap-around countertops and a raised bar. An office, occupying one corner of the main floor, includes a large closet with shelving and could easily be converted to an extra bedroom. Upstairs, immediately to the right of the stairway, is the larger of the two normal-sized bedrooms. It includes a walk-in closet. Across the hall is a full bath, only a few steps from the second bedroom, which features three front-facing windows and another a walk-in closet. The master bedroom's five windows face in two directions, letting in light throughout the day, while the private bath has three windows of its own, two sinks, a large tub, and a toilet room with door. The walk-in closet here is by far the largest of the house, sporting room enough for two full wardrobes.
