Wardcraft Homes Lexington Ranch Description
The Lexington Ranch floor plan is a large one story floor plan with two bedrooms and two full size baths. There is a spacious walk in closet off the master bath and the second bedroom also has a large closet. The Lexington has a spacious, open living room which would be a wonderful place to gather with family and friends. The dining room is open to both the kitchen and the living room which is fantastic for entertaining because it gives guests the feeling of being in the same room together. The kitchen has the good flow that is essential to cooking due to a lot of counter space and the placement of the appliances. Also, the kitchen has a breakfast bar which will allow for additional seating when complemented with a few bar stools. There is a laundry room located across from the second bedroom. The laundry room is large enough to have side by side washer and dryers and a shelf great for storage. There is a porch located at both the front and the side of the house. These make for excellent places to relax after a long day or to spend a morning reading the paper with a fresh cup of coffee. Overall, this is a wonderful floor plan that I would personally be proud to claim as my own.
