Simplex Modular Homes Vernon Ranch Description
The Vernon Ranch Floor plan is attractive for many reasons. The square footage of this design is 1471, there are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first thing that caught my eye about this floor plan was the size of the bedrooms. Usually, when you have three bedrooms, space is taken away from one of the bedrooms but these are all good sized. This will eliminate some of the fighting for the biggest bedroom if you have kids. There are good sized closets in all of the rooms, and the master bedroom's closet is a walk-in. There is also a nice sized closet with a raised floor off of the dining room. Two bathrooms is a nice feature, and the master bedroom is connected to a bathroom which will make for a short commute in the morning! Moving on to the kitchen, it has enough space to accommodate even the most ambitious of chefs. It also has a raised snack bar, which is a great feature if you need extra seating or want to serve a buffet at a party at your new house! The dining room off of the kitchen is the perfect size for everyday use or holiday dinners. The great room or living room is my favorite because of its size and it seems like the perfect place for a family to gather for some time together. Over all, this floor plan is extremely open and airy, combines ease with function, and makes great use of the square footage!
