Simplex Modular Homes Savannah Ranch Description
Here is a unique home plan of a single storied house for a simple small family. There is a small porch in front of the house from where you can see the main door. This door leads you to the living room. This room has got windows on the front side close to the door. There are two bedrooms close to the living room to which you can access from there. The third bedroom that is placed inward has windows on the side and the second one which protrudes a little out than the living room has windows facing the front side of the house. The kitchen is positioned behind the living room. Just behind a small separation by the kitchen cabinet is the dining nook. There is a utility cabin by the side of the kitchen where you can store the utensils that are not in usual use. There is a common bathroom opposite to the kitchen which the occupants of both the bedrooms can use. From the nook you can access the other bedroom which has an attached bathroom. A dressing area has been planned for this room. This bedroom has got windows on the side. There is an optional garage area by the side to which you can let the vehicle in from the front and has got access from the nook also. There is also a door on the backside of the garage. This home plan that covers an area of 1348 square feet and having three bedrooms is one which is affordable for a middle class family.
