Simplex Modular Homes Cape Cottage Cape Cod Description
This is a simple but nice home plan of an area of 767 square feet. The living room is rectangular in shape and has windows facing the front side of the house. The stair case on the side of the living room leads you to the first floor. The positions of the kitchen and dining room have been wisely planned, a small breakfast nook being the positioned to separate the two rooms. On the left of the kitchen there is a common bathroom. The single bedroom in this floor is on the left side of the living room. This room has windows facing the front side of the house. A storage space is planned in this room. A second floor plan is suggested which covers an area of 438 square feet. There are two bedrooms that are very spacious as it fills almost whole of the floor just leaving the space for the bathroom. A bathroom is spaced near to the stairs that can be used commonly by the occupants of both the rooms. Both these bedrooms have bright windows on the sides letting enough daylight and breeze. The plan has left space for optional front dormers from both the bedrooms. A sloping roof has been designed which adds beauty to the whole home plan. This plan is one which is suited for a small family.
