The Arlington Two Story has a very well-thought-out design that would make it a very comfortable and enjoyable home to live in. The first floor has a very large great room which I think is a much better choice than having a small family room and a small living room. Combining both rooms into a very spacious living area is certainly a great way to go. The kitchen has some features that I absolutely love. The raised snack bar overlooking the nook area is an absolute must for me. Stools can be placed at the bar for extra seating during casual meals, or it is a great place for people to sit and chat with you while you are preparing food or cleaning up. The island is a great bit of extra counter space for preparing food or even for setting out a beautiful fruit bowl! I also adore the fact that the window above the sink faces the back yard, so mom or dad can watch the kids play out back while they work in the kitchen. `An easily accessible dining room completes the first floor. I like that the dining room does not take up too much for the square footage since that is a room that is not used as often as others. All three bedrooms and an office are located on the second story in this floor plan. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet. The master bath is perfect with two sinks, and a separate shower and garden tub. This home really has everything my family looks for in a floor plan.
