Simplex Modular Homes Amhurst Ranch Description
This is a simple floor plan that is reminiscent of the old 70's and 80's style ranch homes. It is an easy and simple plan to maneuver, and makes for ease of use and good flow in the home. The main entrance opens to a small foyer or mudroom that then connects into the great room and dining room of the home. This layout makes for ease of entertainment for friends and relatives. The dining room being located off to the left of the entry makes the galley kitchen not visible to the immediate visitor eye. The kitchen leads one to be able to "cater" a nice meal or event without having all the area open to the public eye. The great room is large and will encompass a big family or event.
