The Montour II is a three bedroom, two and one- half bathroom ranch style home that packs a great deal of living space into its 1598 square feet. The front door of the home opens into a huge living room with triple windows overlooking the front yard. There is a coat closet to your immediate right upon entering. The living room opens to a hallway on the right leading to the bedrooms and openings at the rear of the room lead into the kitchen and into the formal dining room. Just outside the dining room is a linen closet which makes a great place to store tablecloths, napkins and place mats for the dining room.
