The Monroe I Two Story is a unique floorplan that has many advantageous features. The foyer of the home is quite spacious, with a high ceiling, giving it a very elegant feel. I imagine a spectacular chandelier hanging there, welcoming guests in to my home. Immediately to the left of the foyer is a good sized family room. If you walk past that, and down the hall, you get to the kitchen/dining area. This area of the floorplan is very well thought out. I love how the kitchen sink is situated so that it overlooks a little bar area, and into the breakfast nook. Stools could be placed at the bar for easy informal meals, and also a great place for friends to sit and chat with you while you work in the kitchen. A formal dining room sits right off the kitchen for easy and elegant entertaining of guests. All three bedrooms in this floorplan are located on the second floor. This is a great asset for families because parents can sleep peacefully knowing their children are safe and close by. Another amazing feature of this house is that all three bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master bathroom is very accommodating with 2 sinks, and a beautiful garden tub. In addition to the good sized bedrooms and walk-in closets upstairs, there is also a cozy little sitting area that overlooks the foyer.
