This is one of Hallmark Homes Two Story house design plan, which covers an area of around 2600 square foot. It mainly consists of areas like four bedrooms and three bathrooms. From first floor, entrance towards right-hand corner, comes with an enclosed half-bathroom, located beside foyer room. At right-hand corner of house locates a large garage with two separate enclosures to accommodate two cars from where one can enter straight to foyer room. A staircase to second floor located on left side of main entrance acts as partition wall for enclosed living room. One of peculiar feature is that one can enter fully separated dining room only from living room. From dining room, one can reach L-shaped fully equipped kitchen area, also comes with an open-ended nook area to serve both close friends and family. Besides, kitchen area is fully extended family room. After reaching main corridor, master bedroom #1 is located on right end, bedroom #4 is located right across stairs, bedroom #3 is located on further end of corridor on extreme left side, if moved from stairs towards left side, and bedroom #2 is located opposite to bedroom #3. On other hand, a fully equipped attached bathroom #1 for master bedroom along with an enclosed closet. In short, despite its size, all round ventilation along with natural light provision ensure comfort for family members under all weather conditions.
