The Anchor Mill two-story floorplan is an amazing design that contains four bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms and covers 2597 sq ft. The overall environment of the design is very much oriented towards families. The first floor has the kitchen in the center of the design. The living, dining, and breakfast rooms are all quickly accessible from the centralized kitchen. The breakfast nook is a great area for the family to gather when a more formal meal is not warranted. Just imagine sitting there, sipping some coffee, and reading a paper or watching the children play in the backyard. However, if a more formal meal environment is needed, then the larger dining room is more than adequate. The access to both the kitchen and the living room allows for fluid movement of both food and people.
