The Vicksburg Two Story Modular Home by Apex Modular Homes Inc. is a wonderful design for a family to be comfortable and allow everyone to have their own space. This home has many wonderful design features that are sure to make the owners very pleased. It is a 3200+ square feet house that features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The entrance way features a two-story foyer as well as the stairs to the second floor. From the foyer, there are three pathways. One goes to the dining room, which can be used as a formal dining room. A second goes to the living room. Because of other spaces in the house, this can be used as a more formal living space for guests and company. The last pathway from the foyer heads to the breakfast nook and kitchen area. The breakfast nook allows the family to have a casual eating spot that differs from the more formal dining room. The kitchen features an open design with a large island. Off of the breakfast nook is the more casual family room. The family room features a fireplace to add to its ambiance. Off of the kitchen on the other side is a hall way that leads to the half bathroom, a full laundry room, and a large two-car garage. The garage features two doors, one for each car, for optimum space. On the second story are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet as well as a full bathroom making more of a master suite. There is a door off of the master bedroom which leads to a storage area over the garage. Down the hall from the master bedroom are the two other bedrooms which both feature large closets. Each room has easy access to the second full bathroom. The second bedroom also features a flight of stairs which leads to the storage area in the attic.
