Editorial Review	Family Built Homes is the reincarnation of Magnolia Homes. It is owned by a former owner of Magnolia Homes and is using the old Magnolia Homes factory. They provide good value for entry level and mid range buyers. We wish they had more model floor plans but understand that 12 floors plan are enough of a starting point since most modular home buyers end up customizing their home plans. If you are an entry level or mid range home buyer FBH could be a good option for you. If you are close to their modular factory then you should consider make some time to visit.
