All of their homes are unique in some way as they provide good customization to make their floor plans inrto home buyer dream homes that are best adapted to their lifestyle. As much as we really like their above average quality and customization options, the customer service at their factory location is not the best. Our mystery shopper recommends you contact your local authorized Affinity modular builder instead of contacting the factory direct for the best customer service experience. Their local modular builders were very helpful.
