Editorial Review | Waverlee Homes was a provider of manufactured mobile homes. They tried hard to ensure good quality and established a reputation of satisfactory customer service. These were good sectional mobile homes if you were looking for a starter home. We would suggest that you seek a true modular home as they tend to have a much better appreciation and will blend in better than mobile homes. |

Personal Reviews of Waverlee Homes

We are renting a Waverlee mobile home. Hurricane Laura passed right over it and there was no damage or leaking from wind or rain. Very good insulation on walls and windows. Very reasonable electric bill. Does anyone know where the data plate for waverlee are located at?

I just wish there was someone from the company we could get in contact with to ask general questions about their homes.

I like my 2005 WAVERLY home. I had trouble with water heater in the first month of purchase. it did damage to my floor. They used wrong glue on pipes and fitting.s. no pan beneath the water heater nor overflow drain.Other than having to replace this damage out of pocket, the home is very nice.Just wish i could have had help when trying to contact WAVERLY for my floor in which i never recieved call back's from!

Bought our modular home in 2007. Only complaint we have is a leak around the fireplace and cheap carpet. The home is quiet and well insulated. No Road noise, no noisy neighbors do we hear. We are please and happy with our waverlee home.

Bought home in 2009. Had all tile replaced twice. Have started having roofing issues. Seems like every time someone came out to fix a problem they created a bigger problem. LOVED the dealer we purchased from, but HATED the Waverlee experience. They did not care about the customer. No surprise they are no longer in business!

This is just information. Liberty Homes bought Waverlee in 1994, so if your home is still under warranty you might try contacting them if you are having problems.

I have always loved the floor plan of my home... I knew when my husband and I always intended to upgrade...there are things that I don't believe are of "quality"....my concern now....is how to get the information I need to make my up-grades.......i.e....to replace the french doors...what are the measurements so I can order new doors......Good Luck

We loved our modular home in the beginning, but then began to have issues with a roof leak. They came out three times and supposedly fixed the issue, but here we are today 8-29-12, and we still have the leak and now we need to replace the sheetrock and the leak is in a canister light above our stove. The laminate flooring is ruined, and the last time they came out the service guy said they would fix the flooring, but that our laminate has been discontinued. Now today we find out that they are no longer in business. Now we aren't sure what to do.

for the most part i am very satisfied with my home, UNTIL just now i think i have some roof issues and would like a visit/advice from the waverlee people on how to handle my situation. hope to hear soon.

We love our home, but have also got the run around on getting things fixed! Our kitchen floor is lifting in multiple places and needs replaced. The guy came out and looked at it a while ago, and said they would replace it. The flooring that we currently have had been discontinued, so we had to go with a different pattern. They never came out and my husband called again yesterday (5/7), and we received a phone call this morning that they are no longer in business! So, I guess were stuck with the flooring and will have to replace it ourselves! Even if they've gone out of business, I think they should honor there current customers!

i did love my waverlee home when purchased in 6/11 since then have called several times for things to be fixed called today 4-24-12 found out that waverlee industries has closed its company completely. i'm so furious with these people!

bought a waverlee home 1 week ago so in love!!!!!!

After we bought our home and it was set up the company had to come out and completely repaint, redo all the windows. We found many things which they fixed-not to my satisfaction, but to a man I guess it was okay. We have since begun having problems with our duct work and flooring. It's been 2 month since they were contacted and we still haven't heard anything. So I assume I am on my on the repair these things. I love my home just wish I had done more research before purchasing. Contented but not completely happy.

liked the home we seen on the lot ordered one came in some details were wrong like carpet in bath was not to be carpet. we some problems they would sent people to fix the things they would come from away off from some other job work 2or3 hous leave didnot finish what was started.the siding on the out side looked wavey but they wouldnot return and fix it. i emailed there service guy and sent pictures. say it was not there problem. not the warranty is out and we have a home with either bad siding or the plywood is buckling. would not close the deal until they fix all problems.

We have a 16X80 high end home. After the home was delivered we waited our 2-4 weeks and made the service call to waverlee and they came right out. Our home is energy efficient. We enjoy our home and most of all it would have cost 95k to build the exact same thing. Thank you Waverlee Homes.

I bought a home from waverlee in may of 2007, and have had nothing but trouble from them. The house is falling apart, and their warranty is to say the least a joke... i would not recomend them to my worst enemy.
