Editorial Review | Valley Quality Homes is a provider of manufactured mobile homes and they are one of the premium providers. We are usually quick to point out the advantages of modular over manufactured homes but Valley Homes use very high specifications that they are very close to stick-built quality. Their floors use 2x8 studs which almost no one else uses. This is a good value option with a long reputation of quality homes. |

Personal Reviews of Valley Quality Homes

I purchased my Valley Quality Home, model 2801, a 2 bedroom 1 bath, in November1995. For 13 years it has been my home. I can't brag on it enough. Basically, it is the same building that it was when purchased. it is of the best quality and has not had any problems of any kind. I think they are the best builder in this market area. I have been very happy and comfortable in my 2005 Valley Quality Home.

We've lived in our double wide 4 bedroom modular home for 25 years and have raised 4 children in it. It has been wonderful. There were some things we wished we had upgraded to better quality, but at the time it was what we could afford. These homes are well build and hold up as well as any stick house. I don't get the negative comments here. We've been nothing but pleased with our home and would do it again in a minute!

One of these will be our next home, again.

My rating is actually 0 stars but didn't have that option. I have a 2005 Valley home with substantial paint peeling problem. The reps at valley are very un-cooperative, to the point of being combative about the issue. They keep trying to point out problems with my home but everything they question passed inspection. They are grasping at straws to try and wear me down (not gonna work). There are a few issues they have flat out lied about, trying to point the blame at me. I fully regret purchasing this mobile home, learn from my mistake, please.

We have owned and lived in a Valley Quality Triple Wide Manufactured Home since 1998. We checked out every brand for 10 years before we bought our retirement home. We have had no problems with this great home and would recommend it to anyone as the best value on the market.

We've been the house for two years. Valley has been great to work with. We made several changes and upgrades (moved walls, added lights, electrical outlets, etc) to our home and they never hesitated or questioned anything. The house is very tight and well insulated. The only downside is that their upgrades can be costly.
I'd never hesitate to recommend a Valley Quality Home.
I'd never hesitate to recommend a Valley Quality Home.

the best homes for the buck on the market and great sales people. This will be my next home

Don't be fooled by all the hype. I own a 2004 model valley Quality home and it's the worst investment I ever made.Just because they use the same size lumber as stick built, doesn't make them comparable. My house has warped facia, bowed interior walls and sloping floors.I have water stains on most ceilings in the house, seems that their houses are more susseptable to Ice damming.
