Editorial ReviewThe latest information we have recevied is that this company is currently closed. If you have updated information on this company use the contact form to share it with our editors. Timber Creek Homes was a premium modular home manufacturer. This was one of the few manufacturers that could build a true mansion using modular technology. They had a large selection of floorplans available on their website and we were sure you would agree with us that some of those floorplans are very impressive. Also the builders that we interviewed spoke highly of their building quality.

Personal Reviews of Timber Creek Homes

Sonja snavely from Martinez ca
Love my home built by timber creek homes . Strong sturdy and so much better than I ever imagined. Timbercreek came through fir me after a fire consumed our home .

Clint Moore from Fairplay Colorado
An excellent home at 9500 feet built on a side of the Mountain ridge with with a full walk out basement, prowl front windows and 60 foot deck on the front. Home is built very well and been standing strong in tough weather conditions. As for Thomas Rudder I feel sorry for him he must have had a terrible independent builder on site. which can cause everything to go wrong.

Margaret Arrasmith from Longmont Co
Ten years later the two homes built by Timber Creek Homes in Longmont are in excellent condition. It was a total joy to work with Charlie and his staff. He offered top notch service and communication. His architect was excellent to work with.

Thomas Rudder from crested butte
if I could give zero stars, I would. these guys build the biggest POS houses I've ever seen. They had the worst customer service I've ever seen and the house is falling apart. Charlie, GFY!! crap crap crap!!
