Our Review

Editor's Rating
Editorial ReviewHomark Company provides manufactured mobile homes and average modular homes. The modular floorplans that we were shown did not impress us much. It seems that the main focus is on their manufactured home lines which have a much larger variety. Homark is an employee owned company and this shows in their workmanship. We feel that their manufactured mobile homes are a good option but we just don't feel comfortable with selecting their modular homes just yet since there are many other providers that we prefer.

Personal Reviews of The Homark Company

Torey & Michelle Issendorf from Graceville MN
We purchased our modular home December of 2004. We have had problems with the doors and windows since then and recently had a skylight burst for no reason. We called them immediately and they stated there is no glass warrenty and everythign else is only covered for a year. Until this day the issues aren't resolved and we have had no luck in having them back their craftmanship. We are very dissappointed!

Willing to work with your personal tastes. Kelly was incredible on the sales side, no high pressure. He came with a good price right away so you did not have to dicker on price. The company has bent over backwards to make sure that we are happy with our cabin. Highly recommend!

Bill Adams from East Grand Forks
I have been looking at Modular homes since January and today my daughter (Paula Haugen) ordered one of your homes from Kelly in Fosston. After dealing with other dealers we found Kelly the best to deal with He is not only professional but also shows a concern for the customer. He is not pushy and answers questions promptly. It was mainly Kelly's attitude and manner of dealing with the customer that lead my daughter and I to pursue buying one of your homes. The real test now comes when her home is delivered and she moves in. She currently is having her doublewide trailer removed from her property and the sooner she gest her home and we get ouitrs back would make us happy. We know it takes times but the service we receive from Kelly makes getting a new home a pleasure. Please pass our thanks on to Kelly for the fine job he is doing. Is this worth another discount???

Lorne McLaughlin from Red Lake Ontario Canada
We. purchased a home 1 year ago. The home is very nice, but we are still having trouble with water lines freezing. They have tried numeruos times to fix this but to no avail. The home was purchased through UMH in Thunder Bay. I am really frustrated as I am paying a heavy mortgage for a lot of trouble. Can you please give me some advise on this problem.
Thank you very much,
Lorne & Marilyn McLaughlin
