| Editorial Review | TLC Modular Homes builds above average modular homes. Their building specifications are higher than most other manufacturers. This is a small operation that pays close attention to providing high customer service with quality construction. They are a good option for modular home buyers. The only issue we have is that they are very small and may have a longer waiting period than other larger manufacturers. |

Jim Horn from Bingen, WAWhile their Web site is limited, their enthusiasm and capabilities do not appear to be. I visited their office in Goldendale, WA where all my questions were answered well. They are happy to custom make a home to our specifications which go well beyond the floor plans on their site (4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2600 sq. feet, etc.). While we were sold on another vendor's manufactured home, CC&Rs preclude that option. TLC's modular construction fills the bill and is likely to get our order.
