Their building specifications are good and their floorplans are nice. They also have a nice upgrades and options available. Structural Modulars offers residential and commercial modular construction. This is a good option for entry level and mid range modular buyers. |

If there was a a question I needed answered and they didn't know the answer, they would find it and respond back. There was a delay with delivery, but when the house got on location, it went smoothly. I would use this company in the future.
Lee McGongial from FrenchvilleHorrible Customer service... When we purchased our home we were told we had to use a contractor because it was his Area. The Contractor is terrible, He only send a few guys at a time, we started the process in Sept of 2014 and it is now June of 2015 and we still are not in our house. We called SMI many times and the receptionist is very nice, but Rich or Don the owner never returns phone calls. It seems like after the sale the customer service ends.
aaron from st marys paWe love our smi home. Windfall homes had us living in the home in 2 months. We searched extensivly and their homes are of a higher quality, and their prices was not much higher than the big box companies with the lower quality homes. If you build, Windfall Homes and SMI are a hard team to beat. We loved the fact that windfall homes was always available.
