It has had major problems from the beginning and while there was some attempt by Stratford to fix some of them, they soon we're not returning phone calls. We are now living in a home with numerous cracks, doors that do not shut correctly, tub caulking not attached, windows with cracks,etc. Certainly not a home to be proud of and definitely not our "dream home".
mike from Rathdrum, IdahoMy custom Stratford Home was built in 2003 and is the finest home I have ever had. I was able to get exactly the design and finishes I wanted. I also was able to visit the plant during construction. The quality and quantity of materials that Stratford puts into a home is incredible. The efficiency of their building method is second to none. I had heard they were the cadillac of modular construction and found out first hand it was true. The Stratford way is the only way to go!
