Editorial Review | Shamrock Homes closed in 2011. Thety started by offering upper scale manufactured mobile homes and then added a modular home line. The biggest factor of Shamrock Homes that we liked was their small size which they leveraged to their advantage. Since they were a smaller shop they provided better customer service and handled customization very well. You can rest assured that your dream home was being built just like you requested and is not getting lost in a large corporation. The biggest complaint we had was also their small size and very large delivery area. We prefer to see modular homes transported less than 500 miles from the Shamrock Homes factory. The cost savings can greatly diminsh with high transportation costs for longer distances. |
