Editorial Review	We have received some uncofirmed reports that Sawtooth Custom Homes has closed. To be honest we really are not sure what is going on with them but we do know that we feel very uncomfortable with them. If you are like us and not a lawyer, Sawtooth Custom Homes might appear to be the company that came out of Superior Modular Systems when it closed down. Their lawyer has explained to us that there is no relationship despite them using the same factory as Superior Modular Systems, and Sawtooth Custom Homes and SMS being initially named together in a RICO court proceeding. The Sawtooth Custom Homes lawyer was very helpful in clarifying most of the confusion but to be honest we still do not 100% understand it. Until we do understand the situation we do not feel comfortable recommending this company. Our preference in life is for modular home companies with lawyers who are not very active.
