Our Review

Editor's Rating
Editorial ReviewSafeway Homes was one of the modular providers rebuilding the Gulf Coast before it closed down. They did not build homes larger than 1450 sq. ft. Their homes were not mansions but their hurricane tiedowns are what matters in an area rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina. They had been featured by numerous news agencies because of their superior hurricane protection. This is not to say their homes are hurricane proof. But after looking at their building specifications and special tiedowns I'd prefer to take my chances in one of their homes. The frustrating part is that it took them 10 days to respond to our mystery shopper email.

Personal Reviews of Safeway Homes

Dale Crawford from Lima Ohio
I thank you for following the practice of making every home strong enough to protect a family, Building codes across the country are so weak, it is wonderful to see you doing things correctly!

Mary St Pierre from MS and then LA
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Safeway Homes, have toured their facility and worked with the contractors that did the site preparation and finish work. This group of people are genuine, honest and very dedicated to doing the job right the FIRST time.

If you do have to wait a few days for a reply to emails, I would be happy to assume they are out building a new home. I would highly reccommend this company to anyone!
