Editorial Review | Pleasant Valley is a good option for entry level to mid level home buyers. Their modular homes will match stick-built homes in quality and appearance. Pleasant Valley does not match the customization that many other modular home manufacturers provide and use their builder network to do finishing work for people that are looking for garages and decks. Their website is not the easiest one and can be very frustrating to use but it does have information available to modular home buyers including floorplans if you can find it. |

Personal Reviews of Pleasant Valley Modular Homes, Inc.

I checked out all the modulars homes and found Plesant Valley mods to be the best. I plan on building a Lake Victoria Chalet in the next year. Just need to find a reliable contractor to set the house that wont just give me lip service. Wish this company had more contrators in my area to set these homes.

We have owned a Pleasant Valley home for two years and absolutely LOVE it, and would purchase another Pleasant Valley home. The homes are solid, the process went smoothly, and they are definitely high-quality homes. Please consider them if you are building a modular home.

I dont know what this guy is talking about here, but plesant valley has one of the largest displays in the country on site over a million dollars worth ove homes on display. Also their kitchens and bathrooms are some of the best I have ever seen, and they do offer custom work. Their construction prosses is the best in the industry. The web site is very easy to navigate and has loads of photos of finished homes. I purchased a home from them in 2006, and could not be happier. Not one nail pop or wall cracks in 3yrs. Personally I think their homes are the best in the business. And I have researched them ALL! Check out their site at PVMHI COM Just dont use the same contractor that I did, that was the nightmare. If you want to know who I used just email me and I will give you the low down on that Dhentz@epix
