Our Review

Editor's Rating
Editorial ReviewOak Creek Provides above average manufactured homes and average modular homes. We really prefer their manufactured homes which are better than many other manufacturers but their modular homes have a hard time comparing with the features and options available with the premium modular home builders. We feel very confident that they will satisfy entry level home buyers looking for a value on a manufactured home. If you are looking for a truly custom modular home we would suggest you to keep looking.

Personal Reviews of Oak Creek Homes

Nena from Texas
Model homes look better than real homes! Beware of friendly faces when looking to buy. Once you sign papers, you are no longer a priority. Subcontractors come at their convenience and don't work a full day because it was always on Fridays! Customer Service is freindlier than anything but that means Absolutely Nothing! They are only being polite and saying what you want to hear but results are non-existent. They are biding time so that the statute of limitations is reached and you are history! House is cheaply made! Advertisement are false and make sure you hire a realtor. It will save you in the long run. You are better building your home than buying from these people.

Matthew Miller from Houston Texas
I bought my house 3 years ago brand new and guess what the air conditioning already went out and guess what else I found out the unit is a refurbished unit that's was made 23 years ago. I guess it's my fault I assumed when you buy a new home you get everything new with it. Worst mistake I've made and will never recommend this company to anyone!

Kathy Morgan from Macomb, ok
Very lousy construction. 7 year warranty is a joke. Home looks like it was built by children. Hugh mistake to buy!! Run away as dust as you can. And you can't shut me up either!!

I am a single woman, who researched mobile and manufactured homes in 1998. Found a plan I could not live without at Oakcreek. Instead of building a site home in the country, I chose Classic Plan 1260. 32 x 60. Best decision I have ever made. Still enjoying the house plan, and very little maintenance and the style is still so enjoyable.

I hated to even put 1 star, and the only reason I did is because that is as low as you have. This particular dealership deserves no stars. My husband and I purchased a manufactured home from this Oak Creek Homes which was the biggest mistake we ever made in our lives. We lost our home during Hurricane Katrina, and had been living in a travel trailer for the last 2 years, and could not take it anymore especially with a child. We decide the quickest way to get in a home was to purchase a double wide manufactured home. We purchase the home in Dec 07, and it took 1 year for them to get us into our home. I could not even begin to go into details of the rest of the problems we had with them, and our home. They have since closed there office here down. I don't blame them I would have ran to if I conducted bussiness like that. I will close with one last thing...VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to do bussiness like that, and they got away with it, but all I can say it Karma, and they can't shut me up.....
