Personal Reviews of Nashua Homes

M. Anderson from Lolo, MT
I've owned 2 homes by Nashua. I ordered from scratch w/many upgrades. Great layout. Couldn't be happier!

Jennie sparks from Montana
Absolutely the worst build house Ive ever seen. Not one light or plug socket is straight in the house. Had to replace some trim on the siding that had gaps that the trim barely covered. Terrible workmanship. Terrible. The roof was to short no drip edge, they had to replace the garden tub. The windows are completely fogged up within 5 years. They didn't honor there warranty on the windows. The front porch did not have a vapor barrier and rotted into holes just in 6 years on front porch, Really Just to many issues to write it all on one page. I certainly would not recommend this manufacturer.

Royce livermont from Idahofalls, Idaho
1. Make sure the new homes have enough eve to let the water run away from the home. I understand the Sheetrock cracking it happens when the home settles. 3. I can't figure out why my pilot light in the front bedroom won't stay lit. Other than that thank you so much. I kinda miss my old home though cuz I could hear the weather when it rained or snowed. Keep building!

Sheena & Dave Jennings from Butte, MT
We purchased our home in 1999. We had a few issues with the finish after setup with the dealers subs, however Nashua responded right away to correct a few things in the house itself, they replaced the storm door and back door due to damage. We are in SW Montana on 40 acres and windy and open area but the insulation and quality of our home surpasses many stick built homes in our area. Our heating and cooloing is very superior to some of our neighbors. If you're purchasing a manufactured home this is definitely the company we recommend. Thank you Nashua for over 20 years of enjoyment.

V. Hoyt from Cascade,Idaho
Bought a Nashua Home in 1996 and love it. Have not had any issues at all. Dealer was easy to work with and changes we had made came out great, just what we asked for.

Rhonda Reinhart from Janesville, California
I bought and had my home installed on my property in 2004. Except for some roofing shingles that were installed incorrectly on the attached garage, by the dealers sub-contractors not Nashua, I love it. The only problem I seem to have encountered is in the back sliding door, which get a lot of sun exposure. The film has developed spots, which I would not have again. I plan on moving to Nevada when I retire and my goal is to have another Nashua. I choose a plan and did modifications which turned out beautifully. My dealer only offered 2 cabinet choices so I'm hoping Nashua has upgraded that option.

Becky Curtis from Washington state
We bought our home in 2002 and had nothing but trouble ever since. From the roof not being installed correctly, made from two by twos, and leaking. Also so much for energy efficiency you can't sit by the front window s with out freez ing in the winter time.. If it was a car I would've traded it in already. Very unhappy with this home and the company that built it.

jeff Pahlow from United States
we purchased our home from country homes in Carson city NV after all the hassles with the dealer it was soon discovered that a hole was hole sawed in the kitchen floor /dinning room the dealer fix was to send a guy down here from Carson city to replace the floor and patch the hole since then the linoleum has cracked in several places and looks like you cut it with a knife we have had several people look at it and we were told it should have never been glued down as it was supposed to be a full floating floor , no one ever did a follow up on this house as they did my neighbors when they bought theirs and it seams the factory does not care as well as this is the third letter I have written

Karyn J. Felix from Chester, Utah
I purchased my 1986 Nashua home preowned 16 years ago. I love the front bay window and the lighting sconces on the exterior and interior of the home. The egress windows are a plus, since my previous home had the old jalouise type windows.

The home was severely abused when I purchased it. It required a lot of clean up work and paint. The over all structure is very sound, and did not take a lot to make it like new again. This is even after having the home relocated twice since I've owned it.

Billy Stewart from Fort Worth TX
I bought my mom a new 1979 Nashua mobile home in 1979 and we have loved it. I must say that here 31 years later the ice box has gone out so we will have to replace it. The home is still beautiful. Mom has gone to be with the Lord but I have another disabled lady living there and must say she loves it as well. Thanks Nashua for your outstanding quality

E Benson from Blackfoot, ID
We bought our Nashua in 2000. Dealer / Factory interface was great. Home quality is very good. Only complaint is that the sheetrock seam taping was poor and very visible in certain light. Was the best quality out there though in the manufactured home industry. Our custom mods were met without complaint. Would buy another.

Joe Bonser from Spokane Wa
A 1962 Nashua mobile home has been in our family since it was almost new and we still love it!
