Editorial Review | Marcoux Homes was a leading Canadian modular home provider. They had a long established reputation of quality workmanship. It was nice to see a high level of energy efficiency in their homes but what do you expect from homes being built for Canadian winters. Their website was very light on content which is too bad since we heard very positive things from builders about them. The biggest concern we have about them is that they may be stretching their delivery range too far. The farther they transport the homes the more stress is placed on your home. |

Personal Reviews of Marcoux Homes

We love our Marcoux very good quality assembled in 2004.We would like to add on a garage.Could you send info regarding this. Thanks!

As a former building inspector I can attest to the quality of construction of the Marcoux Homes - it's excellent. In addition to issues of exceeding a reasonable delivery distance is the issue of a minor language barrier and the problems inherent to the "builder/salesman" model of doing business. The level of satisfaction is tied to an independent contractor who may not deliver the same level of customer service as the factory team does. I still think that Marcoux homes deserve a better rating than three stars, though.
