Magnolia Homes Description:

"...Years ahead of its time, this new facility allowed modular homes to be constructed in one piece. Building the home together, then separating it for shipment, guarantees a proper fit when it is installed on site. This "marriage wall" style of construction, pioneered by Magnolia Homes, is still used today and elevates Magnolia's reputation as an industry leader..."

Editorial Review | Magnolia Homes was a solid builder of modular homes. They provided good value for entry level and mid range buyers. We wish they had more model floor plans but understand that 12 floors plan are enough of a starting point since most modular home buyers end up customizing their home plans. If you are an entry level or mid range home buyer Magnolia was a good option for you. They have been replaced by Family Built Homes. Which is run by a former owner of Magnolia and is using the old Magnolia factory but is producing fewer homes to boost the quality level. |

Personal Reviews of Magnolia Homes
Ann Stensteam from Elizabethton, TN
Our 1975 Magnolia doublewide is our primary home. All is well. It has been home to multiple foster children over the years and now as empty nesters, we're still here. This home was built when folks took pride in their work! I so am unhappy they are out of business, that is so wrong!!!

We purchased our home in 1994, and love it. Need to replace kitchen cabinet doors and finding hard to find and more expensive than I thought they would be. Everyone wants to replace the whole cabinets. They are still in good shape, so just wanted to get the doors. Can you help me? Or perhaps send me to the manufacturer.
STEPHEN ANSELMO from Loveland Colo. 80538
We really are pleased with our Mag. home. It was manufactured in 2011. I would like to know what kind of shower control valves were used, as I have continual problems with it not turning on until i flush toilet or run water in other sinks. It has the Millenial name on it???? I cannot find any service manuals on the product, can you help me with some trouble shooting hints? Thanks stephen and donna joy anselmo

We purchased our house in 2014, several delays, finally moved in to it in late October early November of 2014. He have furnace issues, missing trim work, paint peeling on the side of the house, tile coming up, carpet seems are very visable. No one returns calls or emails.

We purchased a Magnoia home in 2014. It was suppose to arrive in October 2014 finally got here in Dec. 2014 it is now Feb.26,2015 and we still are not in it. There were out of square outside walls,I level windows, carpet with holes in it,trim missing, kitchen cabinets with gouges in them. They have sent a few carpenters to fix part of it but only part is done and now won't send somebody to finish. I would not recommend buying one of these homes unless you like to rebuild once it arrives. Buyer Beware!!!

My Mother purchased a Magnolia Home in 1972 and it was one of the best built we had ever seen.
