Editorial Review | KMHI is a provider of average modular homes in a region that has many above average providers. Their homes are acceptable but in Pennsylvania there are so many other providers with more choices that we would suggest you look at them first. If you are in Northeastern Pennsylvania you may find KMHI a better price option. You should decide if want to spend a few more dollars for a more impressive modular home. It is hard to be disappointed with the many modular home choices in Pennsylvania. |

Personal Reviews of Kintner Modular Homes, Inc.

Agree with Pete and Brenda. Worst decision we made selecting Kintner Homes. Once they get your money you don't exist. Be prepared to have your house sit for weeks without progress and when you inquire why they will tell you what they think you want to hear (lie) and continue to ignore your home. That's if you can get a response. They are poorly managed and it starts at the top with the owner, Jeff Kintner. Again, take Peter and Brenda's advice and find another home builder. You will be a lot happier.

I am so sorry we decided to do business with Kintner Homes. They were nice as pie until our house was paid for. From the beginning when I discovered that we didn't get the roof we paid extra for, to no follow up service, no return phone calls and now no one ever even picking up a phone. I have been trying now for over a month to call. My only advice for anyone planning to buy a new home is to find someone other than Kintners.

My wife purchased our Kintner home appromimately 7 tears ago. We were recently on Vacation out west when our daughter called to inform us that the first floor ceiling and wall was wet from a water leak and she couldn't tell where it was coming from. I called Kintner homes and talked with their service representative. He was at our home within minutes and found the leak. He had to cut holes in the wall and ceiling to fix the leak and repair the damage. Kintner was there when we needed them and they fixed the problem with no questions asked. That kind of service is rare these days. Thank You Kintner! Bill and Amanda Banta
