I love everything involving any of the homes in the Hudson Valley area of N.Y.

Started with their modular plan, then changing the dining room into a laundry, wanting the W/D to be next to one another. Their claim is, after all, that hey are custom builders right? After 3 revisions, with WEEKS in between each and the builder lying to us about the plans availability and the delay, the 12x12 laundry room, they insisted, could not have the W/D next to one another but only accommodate a stacked unit. We walked away and they made $5k on us for nothing but frustration. Hope they enjoyed their Disney trip on us. Guess how big my Laundry room is, with the W/D sitting right next to one another? yeah.... I don't know what their problem is, but one of them is clearly, not being an advocate for what the buyer wants or deliver custom work.

It was a pleasure working with the entire staff at Hudson Valley Home Source. My wife and I went to them with a custom 3,100sq/ft design and they built our dream home. Along the way the design was refined but at no time did we feel pressured to upgrade. Choices were made to fit our lifestyle and budget. All along the way we were presented with a cost breakdown so there were no surprises. When the design was locked in we were given a construction timeline, starting with the site prep right through our sign off on the completed home. There were some changes tied to weather but overall we were pretty close to the original schedule. The tradesmen were all very professional and did exceptional work. Materials used were top of the line. The few things that made it to a punch list were always addressed quickly and usually were on the companies list before I pointed them out. This company takes pride in their work. If you are looking for a quality home, at a fair price, in a reasonable timeframe, Hudson Valley Home Source is the company to go with.

We just moved into our new modular home built by Hudson Valley Home Source in Goshen, NY. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to build a modular home in the Hudson Valley or surrounding area. After meeting with several modular home builders, we felt that Hudson Valley Home Source best understood our needs and vision for our new home. We felt very comfortable with both the office staff as well as the field crews. Our custom modular home came out even better than we envisioned. The quality of the home also exceeded our expectations. Our home was completed in a timely manner and we were always kept up to date with progress. Great job to all involved at HVHS! We love our new home!

These people were the only ones that helped us and gave us straight answers and legitimate pricing without any hidden costs. We felt comfortable with them and they always let us know what was going on and if there were any issue they were taken care of. We love our house and realized you need to like your builder, your in a 3-5 month relationship with them.Highly recommend!
