They offer a wide range of floorplans and unlike most others modular providers Hallmark Homes is very upfront with the pricing for their modular homes. They offer a complete solution from start to finish which helps to keep the price low for home buyers by removing the markups that the middleman would charge. They also offer an owner/builder solution for home buyers looking to save money. Normally we get scared when modular providers offer this because most people are not experienced enough to succeed. We are comfortable with Hallmark Homes since they act like a consultant to the home buyer helping them hire the right people to do the work. They have recently updated their website and it looks very nice including the portfolio of their modular mansions. Hallmark Homes is a good option for all home buyers and even commercial builders. |

Wayne Ulbin from Warwick, RII have been in my house 10 years. It took 8 for me to get all my permits on a site given to me but subject to wet lands. I guess I have known Roland for 18 years. We still love our house. He was the most informed person of all those I spoke to and the only one willing to help me over all of the years of permit adversity. We changed the house numerous times and he never complained. Frankly, after 8 years he was the only one still in business of all of the suppliers and contractors I started with. Being in business for over 30 years, under the same name and with an excellent track record, should give dealing with Hallmark a great degree of confidence and comfort. I have recommended Hallmark often to friends and neighbors.

We do NOT publish deceptive price lists on our site based on F.O.B. pricing. Our pricing in inclusive and represents a meaningful delivered and set cost of the product covering 24 States. Pricing for up to 3 plans, 2 different specification standards (6 actual prices) are furnished FREE and responded to within 1 business day. The Immediate pricing feature for over 50 (actually 74 pre-viewable) plans for the $25 assures that only sincere parties are responded to. Since we pride ourselves to professional follow up, YES a representative will call to further explain and help with the specifics regarding such a major investment. The $25 investment will reward the client with a $375+ dishwasher included with the delivery of the home, or if the client is not satisfied with the information received, we shall cheerfully refund the $25.00.
