| Editorial Review | Epoch Homes were quality modular homes for the upper scale home buyer but they were part of the IBS Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They offered a large amount of customization which allowed your home to look any style you want it. Their specifications were also higher than most other modular home manufacturers. They did everything from shoreline cottages to suburban homes to commercial offices and college dorms. They are one of the providers that can deliver a true mansion utilizing modular construction savings. The craftsmanship of these homes was one of the best according to the builders we interviewed. This is a superior modular home manufacturer that also takes green building very seriously. They had very good energy effiency options and other green building improvements available. |

FRED KANTOR from CAMBRIDGE,MAI know they make excellent homes. From what I've read Epoch and Excel Homes are comparable in quality. This is why I can't understand how I was getting quotes from Epoch builders that were twice as high as the quotes that I recieved from Excel builders.
