Personal Reviews of Dynamic Homes
Claudia Kish from Albert Lea Mn
Builders representing them in this area are mis informed to the latest company offerings and 'no longer included'. Every time we got a quote update it went up thousands. Seems a lack of finalization. Delivery was so expensive, we could have it stick-built cheaper. Nice product, overpriced.
Robert, MN from western MN
FURIOUS! What I was NOT told cost me dearly. NO siding. Delivery and Set and Finish all at my expense or additional in the end. Sales Director quit and hired some phone guy to replace him that has NO modular experience. This home has so many hidden fees it's scary. I question any builder selling this product. This place needs to clean house and start again. again after a history of bankruptcy. RUN

Yet another turn over at Sales and Management. Caution.

built in 2006 - love our home. one issue is popping screws out of sheet rock. now, i probably would have finished sheet rock after it being set down. cabinetry is good - some finish is coming off of bathroom door and lower kitchen trim - mostly due to humidity and washing floor. windows are great. well built. designed my own home - they still use the design!! when they set our home down on the foundation - it fit perfectly. i first read a book on modular homes - helped tremendously. price was right. help was phenomenal. used the detroit lakes dynamic homes.
LauraAnn from northern mn
Came across at the sale as a medium priced alternative, found out more add-ons that were not discussed, made it the most expensive modular in MN.
Gina from Mankato MN
Seem lost at the management level. Was close to buying one but no management level with experience scared us away. Builder seemed to think that it wasn't important but I heard they have bankruptcies in the past so YES it is. Seemed like something was missing.
John from MN
Outstanding home and an overall great experience! Worked with Ideal Homes who helped design the home exactly to our family's needs, and handled every part of the project quickly and professionally. Twice the square footage as our last home and still less to heat!
Tom from MN
way to expensive for what your getting
HelenMass from Iowa
Best systems built home around. More builders in Iowa would be nice. In need of an Iowa marketer.

Blaine Martin from Amery wi.
I bought this home from a Dynamic Home dealer who built it him self the way things look, the basement floor is so wavy I had to double the trim boards, there's a heve that runs down the middle of the hole home, the walls and the sealing crack. All the grouting is coming out. Wounder is there some one a person could talk to about these issues.
Dave and Ellin Lindee from Minot, ND
Our home was delivered to our lake lot and made quite a stir with the 30 or so people who watched it being set up in less than 3 hours. After touring the factory and deciding the basic model we wanted, Mic helped us personalize the house with a fully handicapped accessible bathroom, 36 inch doors all around, and all the custom details we wanted. The energy savings and quality of construction is second to none. The house more than fits our needs and we love it. Several of our lake neighbors have decided to upgrade to Dynamic Homes after seeing ours.

Way to go Dynamic Homes Detroit Lakes !!!! We had our 3 piece Dynamic delivered in August of 2009 & could not be happier. We had it set on a full basement , and everything fit together perfectly. Not only is the quality & workmanship terrific, but the entire process was terrific. Dynmaic Homes had so many different options and ideas for us to choose from, and they were always there to help or answer any questions we had throughout the entire process, even the few we had after it was finished. We have small children, and with all the wear & tear that comes with them, our home still looks second to none & has held up wonderfully! I have and will continue to tell people who are looking to build, that without a doubt, Dynamic Homes is the way to go!!!
Tim and Margo Roth from Alexandria, MN.
The home we ordered came in 4 sections and it is very well built. We dealt with Alex. Homes and they did an excellent job of showing us many options and ideas. They lined us up with a local contractor, PDT Construction of Elbow Lake, MN.. and they did a great job of finishing off the home. We were very pleased with the entire process and finished product.
