Editorial Review | Dickinson Homes is a good modular home provider that produces great value homes for low and high end budgets. They do build in significant energy efficient components in their home which is good since it can be very cold in Wisconsin and Michigan. Another positive item is that they are smaller which allows them to focus on your home and make sure it receives their attention. Their president is an architect and structural engineer which give us high confidence knowing that someone like him is leading this company. We feel confident that Dickinson Homes will satisfy modular home buyers within their delivery range. |

Personal Reviews of Dickinson Homes

House is fantastic! I love it! Everyone of the guys did a great job! Thank you for everything! I really enjoyed working with again, brought back a lot of memories of the younger days! Thank you to everyone at Dickinson Homes, I'm a very satisfied customer!!

Have had house since 2007 and still don't have a problem. Best built home you could find. Drywall excellent. All the little things excellent. Nothing wrong. Well insulated. Top notch people.

A very high end and professional design-build company. The quality and amazing customer service really made for a top notch experience. My full recommendation.

We built a Dickinson Home in Beulah and it is wonderful!!!

Dickinson built our custom cape cod home a couple years ago. Very well built, solid, air tight. Professional staff and skilled carpenters that were great. Their customer service is remarkable.

High end, professional, great to work with, very happy experience. Love our home!

I lived in a model in Kingsford and loved it! I would build another with them in Minnesota if I could!

Beyond expectations. They helped putting our ideas and dreams into reality , then moved it 150 miles and put it together. Then one of their super builders finished it

We had our home built a few years ago. My wife and I are still happy with our decision to go with Dickinson and enjoyed our first building experience. The staff and workforce were very professional and we could tell that the carpenter crew really took pride in their work. Very well insulated and tight and we have been surprised by our lower utility costs in the winter. They do live up to their exceptional reputation.

Totally disappointed with the entire process and our project manager who is the owners son. So little care to us as a customer. Communication was non-existent after countless calls and emails. Dishonest with prices and quotes. Late. The product seems ok, but would not recommend using this builder.

We had our ranch built in 2011.The workmanship was complete quality and so was the materials they used when building. We were very impressed with the low cost for heating in the winter.Dickinson did all the planning from start to finish. My wife & I are very happy with our new home and if we would love to do it all over again,we would go thru Dickinson again. Also the price was reasonable and Dickinson stands behind there work.

Worked with the Iron Mountain office. We brought in our own design and Dickinson Homes worked with us on it. They managed the entire project which took a huge burden off of our shoulders. Was impressed by their design ability and construction knowledge. We love our home!

Dickinson Homes has done wonders for us. They built our dream house. Dickinson homes is very easy to work with. They understood my ideas and my dreams come true.

Solid, high quality construction without shortcuts on time or materials. We moved in in 2008 (a bit behind schedule....) and we are very pleased. All the people at Dickinson were great. We felt like family members .....and remember to have donuts on hand at certain times!

They are a fabulous company! We decided to move back to MI and we handled the entire process long distance. Their communication was great! The product is unreal! We have now lived in our home for 4 years, and it is rock solid. The customer service is not what you expected from a home builder - they treat you like family! We would provide a couple of pictures how we would want something, and they would completely understand what we wanted. They met all delivery dates without any issues. All of their employees were timely and always completed the task as requested. We would highly recommend Dickinson Homes for a new home or an addition to your present company.

Friendly, professional staff. Home was built five years ago and my wife and I are very happy, and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. As a member of a family business, I enjoyed working with a true family owned and operated builder.

great awsome
