| Editorial Review | DB Homes is a modular home builder representing Ritz Craft & Manorwood homes. If you are looking to build in Central Pennsylvania you may want to consider them since building close to the factory it is a good idea. The short travel distance lowers the stress placed on the modules which is nice but not necessary since these homes are over engineered and designed for the travel. The real benefit to DB Homes is since they are closer to the factory you save greatly on transportation costs. They very quickly helped our mystery shopper. |

DB Homes just finished the construction of my 2,200 square foot, two story home and I am very satisfied with the final product. The home was delivered and set when it was scheduled and the crew of DB homes finished the house in a timely manner.
