These are good sectional mobile homes if you are looking for a starter home. We would suggest that you seek a true modular home as they tend to have a much better appreciation and will blend in better than mobile homes.

I bought a home from waverlee in may of 2007, and have had nothing but trouble from them. The house is falling apart, and their warranty is to say the least a joke... i would not recomend them to my worst enemy.
