| Editorial Review | Timberland Homes is an interesting modular home provider. They are unlike most others you will find. They do not build inside a factory, they allow for custom homes to be purchased directly from them and they are capable of servicing Alaska. If you are in a unique situation then they can be a good choice. But since they build outside of a factory and are a very small operation we feel there are better modular home manufacturers available for most modular home buyers looking for a standard home. |

Personal Reviews of Timberland Homes
Jon Foreman from WA I attended the Seattle Home Show and became interested in one of the home models displayed on a large composite print of Timberland Homes. I was told that it was a new model and the salesperson informed me he had no facts about the model and encouraged me to fill out a contact information form. I did. The next day I was in the area of the Timberland office in Fife so I stopped in. I was told that if I had called first the information would be waiting for me. After talking to the sales manager for a few minutes and was told the info had been requested. Two days later I called to make sure Timberland had my correct email address. After another week I have heard nothing from Timberland so I must assume they are doing well ignoring potential customers and don't need my money. Before dealing with the folks at the Fife Timberland office, be prepared to be lied to. If Timberland Homes houses are as reliable as their employees, I suggest you go to Sears and purchase a large appliance and live in the discarded box. Don Baker from Bellevue I especcially like the Lopez unit
