Editorial ReviewCLOSED - Taylor Homes is an average modular home manufacturer. They have good building specifications but most of their floorplans tend to be for smaller homes (less than 1700 sq ft). They can handle custom work but we are not comfortable with using a manufacturer that has so few large home floorplans. If you are looking for a mid range home with less than 1700 sq. ft. than Taylor Homes is a good option and can service you well.

Bought a Taylor home; 2-story Cape Cod placed on full basement; Great company - did everything I asked - built house to my specs - made plans and allowed preview before final construction. They did everthing to help me get the type of house I needed at the most reasonable cost.
