Editorial ReviewSupreme Modular is a builder for Simplex Homes. They can provide turnkey modular home solutions or let the home buyer do some of the work and save money. We have not heard much about Supreme Modular since they are a smaller operation. Smaller operations tend to pay better attention to details. This is likely the case with Supreme Modular since we have a hard time of finding complaints against them but have heard good things about them. We would recommend that you ask for references and visit their finished homes.

The outfit was well run from day one. I took my time during the order process, they didnt rush me. I supsect I took longer than most people do to chose my order options. The "orientation" was helpfull to me and the process of building a home is a bit overwhelming so I really put my trust in these folks. They came through for me when all was said and done. I would certaily refer others to this company, my experience with them was a good one.
