Editorial ReviewSunscape Homes is another division of Pleasant Street Homes. They provide modular home buyers with good homes that we would rate as above average. They have many custom options and a good reputation amongst the home builders we spoke with. We did find their predesigned floorplans to be just average but with their customization options we are very comfortable with the Sunscape Homes. Our mystery shopper also reported having an easy time dealing with the customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were supposed to have a home built with them and it was scheduled to be built the beginning of February with delivery on the 17th. My GC was trying to confirm the delivery date the week before, and they were 'in meetings' and never returned his calls. On the scheduled delivery day, we found out that they had never started our house and would be shut down for at least 3-4 more weeks. We had poured our foundation - and in winter in Maine, you don't really want to have your basement sitting open to the elements for an extended period. Luckily I have found another manufacturer that will hopefully put a rush on our house. The unprofessional manner in which they dealt with our order would certainly deter me from ever working with them again in the future.
