The builders we interviewed spoke highly of Stratford Homes and the quality of the construction. This is a welcome oasis for modular home buyers in the Midwest who have fewer options than modular home buyers in the Northeast. Stratford Homes is a good option for any mid range to upper scale home buyer. Our mystery shopper enjoyed their website and home catalog.
