Editorial ReviewSimplex Modular Homes is a long time leader of modular home construction. They have been featured on Bob Vila's tv show. We like their homes and they will blend in amongst any neighborhood. We would like to give them a perfect score because they are doing almost everything right. Except our mystery shopper had some problems with their customer service. Maybe because of their reputation and being promoted on Bob Vila's program they are under too much demand and are too busy to handle all of their potential customers. They provide above average modular homes and hopefully their customer service will rise to match them.

We purchased our Simplex modular home in the Fall of 2007. It's been more than two years since our home has been set and there are still many critical issues with the house that are still unresolved (including defective siding, misaligned conduits, and HVAC/Insulation issues). The authorized Simplex builder (Carina Construction) has abandoned the project and the management of Simplex Industries has refused to meet to with us after repeated requests to discuss our concerns. We are incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service provided by Simplex as well as their management's reluctance to stand behind their product.

I'm the third owner of a Park Avenue Model. The house was delivered on the lot in 1993. It is a well built house, very spacious and comfortable. All original features are in great shape. My recent concern has been the roof. It leaks...but, what is to be expected!!! I love my house.
