Editorial ReviewProfessional Building systems is a better than average modular home provider. They are a good choice for middle market home buyers. Their designs are good but not overly impressive. They will match stick-built homes but not any mansions. Their website has a significant amount of information about their modular homes including floorplans and a photo gallery of completed homes. They also provided a good slideshow to demonstrate the modular building process. Their factory in Pennsylvania provides quality work at affordable prices.

My wife and I bought a home built by PBS and we love it. It was built to Energy Star and is very easy to heat and cool. It must be very well insulated. I feel that everything our builder told us was true. The workmanship is top notch.

Code violations and PBS homes found every excuse as to why it wasn't thier fault. NH AG found them at fault, documented. They say their builder is responsible. That builder went chapter 7 and.... they didn't know. I have found out differantly. Time to file with the AG of PA. The irony is we paid PBS homes for the house not Castle homes. They paid Castle for work we never recieved.I sent Mr. French a letter himself, to no avail. This co. had its chance to fix it's issues and did what they knew they had to but missed the bottom line of who you should buy from. Thier own evauluator found issues with the house that where major and said "not thier problem". WHO SHOULD YOU BUY FROM??? We have problems that others in our area have come to us and said they have the same issues.
P.S. Are the roof shingles supposed buckle daily and be told thats normal?
