Editorial ReviewPrebesto homes are back. They had some issues during 2007/2008. They are now promoting themselves again. It is too early to judge this latest version of Prebesto. We hope they really do a great job and have lots of success. But since their factory is in Michigan and they seem to be trying to sell homes in Louisiana we are not feeling so sure. We do not normally like to see modular home factories being farther than 300 miles and we really don't feel comfortable when they are over 1000 miles away. They will be transporting the modular homes to Louisiana via rail which should keep the transportation costs and wear and tear manageable. There are still questions about how they can offer quality customer service that far from their factory. Right now we would recommend that consumers proceed cautiously with this company until we see what quality of homes they produce.

This company is slow. Product comes unfinished. Very Poor responce from managment. Will not return calls. Beware!!!

I have purchased and set 3 of PreBestos homes so far and would not even think of using any other supplier. The homes that i have purchased were so well built i felt like i was taking advantage of them. You have avarage price at $75 - $ 125 per sf it's more like $42 to $52 dollars per square foot and they provide a national company for thier warranty work. I would recomend them to everybody
