Editorial ReviewPleasant Valley is a good option for entry level to mid level home buyers. Their modular homes are will match stick-built homes in quality and appearance. Pleasant Valley does not match the customization that many other modular home manufacturers provide and use their builder network to do finishing work for people that are looking for garages and decks. Their website is not the easiest one and can be very frustrating to use but it does have information available to modular home buyers including floorplans if you can find it. We do not feel comfortable with their lack of a full photo gallery of completed modular homes. Most other modular manufacturers proudly show off their completed homes.

I dont know what this guy is talking about here, but plesant valley has one of the largest displays in the country on site over a million dollars worth ove homes on display. Also their kitchens and bathrooms are some of the best I have ever seen, and they do offer custom work. Their construction prosses is the best in the industry. The web site is very easy to navigate and has loads of photos of finished homes. I purchased a home from them in 2006, and could not be happier. Not one nail pop or wall cracks in 3yrs. Personally I think their homes are the best in the business. And I have researched them ALL! Check out their site at PVMHI COM Just dont use the same contractor that I did, that was the nightmare.
