Personal Reviews of Northstar Homes Gary Garland from Buffalo WyoIt is to bad you don't put in a no star option. How do you spend $350,000 on a 4 plex have it 5 months late getting finished,still not done after two years,all 4 apartments were damaged right off the bat because the installers didn't hook up the sewer pipes when they put the house together and it cost me $6,000.00 to have it fixed with no reimbursement paid. Run from these guys as fast as possible. Response from Errol D. Schroeder at Northstar Homes While there were some issues with Mr. Garland's projects (as there can be with any building project), the majority of Mr. Garland's complaints involve items that were clearly defined in the contract as his scope of work and responsibility - including the inter-mod plumbing connections. Additionally, some of the delays were caused by sub-contractors that Mr. Garland chose to use. We regret that the project did not go as smoothly as our typical projects do and we feel that worked with Mr. Garland to resolve all of his concerns.
