Personal Reviews of Modular One, LLC robert janosek from manchester,tn.had house insalled in 2006.the 3-4 weeks took 8 weeks. first problem was window leak took 5 different took fix person from factory to fix.next was water heater leak had to fix at my expense. next was a leak in the elbow in shower ebbow was made in china.next problem is a shingle blown off dormer no response from mod one. no service after the sale from deler or mod one even after many calls. never had this with all the new homes I owned before this. Ronnie Betts from Starkville, msBeen in home two years and can say service after the sale sucks. They want return your calls and it takes months to get a service call. Doors have never worked right. Spots coming thru wall and ceiling paint. Cracks everywhere on ceiling. James from Harriman, TNI own one of the Modular One homes and I advise you to avoid them at all cost!!! All the floors are screwed up with humps in them, cracks everywhere, doors don't fit right and many other items. All they want to do to fix problems is try to cover them up but the problems still exist. My advise---- DON'T BUY ONE!!!! I can not say enough good things about Modular One, they listen to what I wanted and built the home that surpassed my every expectation.
