Our Review

Editor's Rating
Editorial ReviewModular One homes are very good but still just an average modular home. We like that their specifications are higher than others and also pay close attention to energy efficiency which will save home owners money. Our main issue is with their floorplans. Their floorplans are not very impressive. They would be great when compared with mobile homes but these designs would have a harder time when compared with stick-built homes. They are a good value and we feel they will best serve entry level to mid range home buyers.

Personal Reviews of Modular One, LLC

Ronnie Betts from Starkville, ms
Been in home two years and can say service after the sale sucks. They want return your calls and it takes months to get a service call. Doors have never worked right. Spots coming thru wall and ceiling paint. Cracks everywhere on ceiling.

James from Harriman, TN
I own one of the Modular One homes and I advise you to avoid them at all cost!!! All the floors are screwed up with humps in them, cracks everywhere, doors don't fit right and many other items. All they want to do to fix problems is try to cover them up but the problems still exist. My advise---- DON'T BUY ONE!!!!

JoAnn from Cookeville
I love my home!I looked at many stick built homes and the quality of my home is much better than the stick built homes not to mention a much better price! I can not say enough good things about Modular One, they listen to what I wanted and built the home that surpassed my every expectation. I would highly reccommend Modular One to anyone that is looking for a home.

john from lawrenceburg tn
