Personal Reviews of Modular One, LLC Chris from TennesseeHave lived in home over two years and sevice after the sale is really bad, drywall seams in the celing can be seen all through the house, windows won`t shut and lock properly, kitchen cabinets falling apart and the list goes on. Ronnie Betts from Starkville, msBeen in home two years and can say service after the sale sucks. They want return your calls and it takes months to get a service call. Doors have never worked right. Spots coming thru wall and ceiling paint. Cracks everywhere on ceiling.
