Editorial ReviewModular Building Innovations is a provider of average modular homes. They are a newer provider so it is hard to accurately rate them. Our mystery shopper had a difficult time finding useful information from their website and was very disappointed with the lack of detailed floorplans. Our research did not discover enough evidence for us to be comfortable with Modular Building Innovations homes. If you are in Colorado you may consider visiting them and deciding for yourself but we are going to sit on the sideline until they have a more established track record. If you do visit you should call first because we are having trouble verifying they are still open for business.

We drove to the address for Modular Building Innovations (a 70 mile trip one-way) and found a blocked gate, deserted buildings, partially built modular houses, and the phone # gave a "no longer in service" message. We were very disappointed to have made the trip for nothing.
We wanted to find a manufacturer near our present home and the new lot we plan to move to. This company has ob- viously gone out of business and should not be advertised.
