Editorial ReviewKMHI is a provider of average modular homes in a region that has many above average providers. Their homes are acceptable but in Pennsylvania there are so many other providers with more choices that we would suggest you look at them first. If you are in Northeastern Pennsylvania you may find KMHI a better price option. You should decide if want to spend a few more dollars for a more impressive modular home. It is hard to be disappointed with the many modular home choices in Pennsylvania.
